We call hathway on 18th june for net connection .we gave rs 1550 cheque of hdfc bank of 24th june 2010 .as they promise to provide the service in two days .after three days no one call us from hathway cables ,we made call to then they told we will provide you service within a week ,that day only we made call to sales people to whom we gave cheque ask them to stop our cheque we dont want their service and we also inform their call centre people to stop our cheque as we dont want their service any more they told ok sir your cheque will not submitted .on 24th we got information they they submitted they cheque without giving the service .i went to their office for enquire what our refund amount ,on 2nd of june ,they told me come after 7 days your amount will we refuned .after 7 day when i went again to his office ,they ask me original recipt and ask me to come after 21 days .after 21 days when i went their now they told again 10 days more ,after 10 day when i made enquiring they they 7 days more ,at last after 50 days they release our cheque buy couier .in that we submitted our original recipet they mention wrong adress in in that couier .again that couier company .that cheque returned to the couier .in this hathway cable ,somajiguda all person are working for salary ,they are not coustomer oriented ,so appeal ,please dont take any service from hathway calbe .they are not well educated .their communication with their company so bad how they can commonicate clients .one think more when i went to thier office i ask him when i came 1st time in his office i ask him you are recording our calls so please show me call what i made for 1st time ,were your staff told that you will your many in 7 days surely .they told we cant do that .please beware of hathway cables in hyderabad .my receipt number -hydisp/239321 ,a/cno-618716 .contact number -9299608744
