i m sourabh and my hathway account number is 789618 ,
i took the connection last month on 6th september . and my plan is the highest they have to offer here i.e. 5MB unlimited plan at rs 1322 . but there's a catch : they say :
In 5MB unlimited plan they say that uptill 20 GB download limit thery provide 5mb/s speed and after that 128kb/s
However the truth is after u exhaused you 20 gb limit you will get speend of not more then 8-10bytes/second . (not even kilobytes)
At the speed you cant open any website except google. even the hattway portal takes many minutes to open. no one can browse at that speed,
Last month on 23rd i reached my 20 gb download limit and i started getting 8bytes/sec speed.
i call the customer care and they said to renew my plan by paying Rs 1322 . But this 1322 will be for the next month (october month) and for the remaining days of previous month i will have to pay around Rs 300 this month .( i was told this ateast thrice by their billing department customer care executive)
So i paid rs 1322 thinking that i m paying for next month.
And this month again i got FULL BILL . no mentioning about the 1322 i paid last month.
i called billing department and they are now saying that i paid Rs 1322 last month for reactivation and that was only for 6 days. They wont adjust that amount to this month. .
I explained to them that i paid that amount only after their customer care executive assured me that i m paying that for this month. but now they dont agree. i m not a fool to pay Rs 1322 for just 6 days of browsing but they say it cant be helped or adjusted.
I dont understand what is their problem . what they kept lying to me last month and again billing me this month.
All i know customers are not stupid to play the whole amount for only 6 days. SO ONE WILL.
Iaksed them to cancel my connection .and i wont be paying this bill
