Hi,

I am a customer (A/c No-817641) of HATHWAY who is missold by hathway, i opted for neo 1024 unlimited package and i was told by one of the rep that i will get 1 MBPS speed with data limit of 3GB and after exhuasting my data limit my speed package will reduce to 512 KBPS but after exhausting my data limit when i conducted speed test i found my speed is 256 KBPS and since 13/12/2011 i have been trying to bring this to their notice but nothing is working out i have spoken to one of their call center rep who kept on giving me same answer for 45 mins and speaking to their rep over phone is pretty costly it takes 30-45 mins to speak to their rep i have already spent 150 INR over phone to get this fixed but now i am helpless please help me out with it, i want to know why i was cheated and i should be getting what i was promised.
