I have been a long-standing customer of Hathway Cable in Churchgate area. I have in all four connections. I have always paid regularly. However, I'm a very unsatisfied customer.The set top boxes keep on getting spoilt. Complaints are not attended for days. No replacements are made available. Daily reminders do not yield results. I have decided to move to some other DTH service provider. Hathway just do not seem to care !!!

i am not getting refund for broadband internet connection.
they had disconnected my connection 2 month earlier than regular scheme.still they are not giving refund for remaining 2 months.
