I wish to bring to your kind notice that I am Hathway Internet Account holder for more than 5 years as a prepaid customer with an account number as 72775. I am totally shocked to note that my account has been changed from prepaid to postpaid without my request or confirmation with a huge amount billed to it.

I have never opted for post-paid connection and they have been charging internet charges from few months without my knowledge. I have never received a mail or a written communication about changing the connection from Prepaid to Postpaid.

I am shocked to receive e-bill with Rs 4419 charged to my account, which is most unethical or unprofessional on the part of a reputed company like Hathway.

I requested them to immediately disconnect this connection and communicated that I am not liable for any of the charges stated by them as I have never opted for post-paid connection.

I am completely kept in darkness and cheated by the company. I therefore request you to help me take an appropriate action against the concerned authority and do the needful. I am a diabetic patient and this is causing a great deal of mental harassment to me.
