Hi,

This is Mohammed Shehzad Khan and My account # is 197500.. I am using a New Happy Way512Regular plain and use to pay Rs 677 every month. I was surprised to see that the charges for the plan is Rs 524 on (Hathway : Get Connected). I got a message yesterday reagrding this month payment also found on hathway website(Under Construction) that for this month the charges are Rs595. Its hard for me to understand that if the charges are Rs524 then why the hell you people are charging me Rs677 then Rs 595. You people are a bunch of jerk I guess as you people are just robbing people by charging them with such charges.
I tried contacting customer service several times but every time even after waiting for over 10-15minutes I got no response. I am very frustrated and I want this to be answered asap, or else I am escalating this matter to Consumer Court and I have all the evidence to take Hathway to the court. I Really want an answer ASAP..Also want to inform you that the only reason I haven't paid My bill for this month is only because of the dispute and I really dont want you people to deactivate my subscription because I have my project to be done and I cant afford to stay without internet. If by any chance if my connection gets deactivated I'll sue hathway for this.

Again I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and I want my money to be credited to my account or to be adjusted with my hathway account.
