Hi Sir,

I am using hathway broadband services since 3 yrs and continously facing the same problem. my account no. is 257140
I am facing a lot of trouble with my internet connection, my modem goes offline anytime and when i call up the customer care dept. they refuse to give me any proper answer and become very rude.
Its been 5 days today and i am continously calling those guys up to fix my net problem but not getting any proper answer from their end.
its causing a lot of inconvience and it happens very frequently.
the executives also are very rude n at times they also hang up without even listening anything.
I atleast need a compensation for the days my net is not working.

Need help.

I M using Hathway From 4 Months But Always Facing Problem With The Internet Line I called the customer care but no use of them they told that they will send the enginner at my place but till now their engineer are not come yet so i m not going to pay the bill if this case goes to court i dont bother no proper service no price to pay............................................... ...............................
