Very Poor Service


I am from Powai, Mumbai.

I had taken their 3 month plan. They promised me a 24 hour running internet service. However, most of the time, the connection is down.Especially from 10AM to 2PM on weekdays and weekends, they keep the internet service switched off.

To add to the woe, the customer care asks me to contact the technicians. But when I try calling those numbers, the technicians do not pick up the call.

These gentlemen finally pick up the call after 2 or three hours of continuous calling.

They have taken my money, they aren't even giving me a refund and their service is miserable.

Hi users, please avoid Rajesh Hathway cable internet as there is no connection most of the time, and with wireless router its impossible to use. They should be really taken to task by customers. i have taken my connection on 10 july 2011 and hardly get to use it as there is no connection almost every evening.
