The person by name srinivas rao(8790991000) is an executive of Hathway has given a breifing on Plan before Installation as " 2Mbps speed unlimited package with download limit of 5GB and there after the speed gets reduced to 512Kbps". As this month my download limit has been crossed and the net speed has been collapsed to almost less than 100Kbps. I called to the customer care and they said that the speed is reduced to 128Kbps as the limit has been crossed, as i told them about the discussion with the executive then they told me to pay the amount even by half of the actual to regain the speed. Even the executive is not responding to the call and on a single day i have call him for 29 times and there is no response and even while typing this message also i called him and no response. I have made a complaint in Hatway cell with no:6170979.

Please take necessary action to get the speed as told by the executive because as of now as per internet speed test the results are as follows:
