i am siddharth baid from ahmedabad. i am currently using bsnl evdo broadband service. i have joined a plan of rs 650 per month but after my first bill all the other bills have come for Rs. 1101 when i complained the accounts officer he informed me that it will be adjusted in your next bill and asked me to pay the bill but still there is no such thing done by bsnl. secondly when i went to bsnl office they informed me that the company has raised the rates of the plan and the company charges it without permission of the customer but when they have reduced this plan to Rs. 750 per month they still send me the bill of Rs. 1101 per month. moreover the other service providers provide the speed of upto 3.2 mbps at this rate where as bsnl only provides upto 2mbps. i here by request you to take the following into consideration:-
1) consumer exploitation.
2) providing inferior services
3) charging high amount

i hope you will understand my problem and would provide me justice.
