First of all, i had to click on at least 6-7 options to get through the GPRS prepaid team. Secondly, the person who took the phone ( his name is Kiran) spoke first in kannada even though i selected English option. In spite of his hard listening skills, i managed to tell him the issue. Now comes the worst part -
1 - He said that my number 8606144492 is not registered with IDEA. Very funny, since yeaterday i went to IDEA center and discussed on this connection. They had all the details with them.
2 - He checked out with the proper GPRS team and came back to me with the same answer, When i asked him to transfer the call to that team, he outrightly refused. He said i should only talk to him and if i dont, he will disconnect the call! This is the first time someone from the customer care executive has told me. I am taken aback as well as very disappointed.
I dont know how effective will this complaint be, but if one person has maanged to read this and think twice about IDEA, then i will treeat this compliant as successfully resolved.
