I have purchased an Idea Net connect device from M/s Rupali Group Of companies 96, AK Mukerjee Road Kolkata 90, on 07/11/2011. From the mentioned date I am not receiving any signal from the device, I lodged a complain with the same but no response has been taken yet. The device took 1650/- but of no use. Their service engineer will visit my place they told me but no action has been taken yet.If this is the after sales service then whome will we rely upon?
