Hello Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Idea net Setter in December 2011, with high hope for its working. Initially it worked well though the speed was not so good but still i was able to work but now days the net setter was not detected by my laptop. Only light is blining on Net setter after connecting with my PC or laptop. When i have called the customer care there is no proper response.
So kindly help me to get rid of this problem or tell me how I can surrender my net setter to your company.
