    I purchased your Idea 3gnetsetter on last of oct 2011and applied for 4gb postpaid plan and it was of 500Rs under scheme. My plan got started on 02 nov 2011.
    My first complaint is that I never got the speed which you have promised by giving emphasis on word 3G.
    I have complaint for this on customer care but the problem never got resolved.
    After that on Dec 01 I got my net disconnected, I again complaint for this on customer care then they said that first I have to pay my bill, then my connection will get restarted.I have given all required documents duly purchasing of the Netsetter from Idea office near Tikonia, and they also sad that your bill will come to your home and then you have to ay the bill.
    I waited for the bill but when i didn't the bill i got there to there office and asked them about my bill. They said that sorry for that and asked me for my email id to confirm so that they can send the bill to my id.I given them my email id but still they didn't send the bill and on 20th nov they called me and said that you haven't paid the bill. I said didn't get the bill then how you supposed to me that i will pay the bill. they again said.. ok make your id confirm. i again confirmed my email id, and then after checking my account i gone to the office for bill payment on Idea office on 21st nov. They said that you will be charged 100 rs for late payment and after 3 days on 24th dec you will get your 2nd bill. This is not fair...You have given me the bill late then how i supposed to pay before getting it and what is the meaning of 2nd bill when I had not used the net for whole month and that is because of your mistake not of mine. This is totally cheating. I didn't pay the bill because this is not my fault and I can't believe on them on future also.I have already paid 2100 for the nesetter.
