Hello Sir/Madam

I was looking forward to purchase a data card to surf net from home to do my official work. Suddenly i met a salesperson from IDEA and he convinced me that the IDEA netsetter data card will have 238kbps speed and the sales person convinced me. initially it worked well though the speed was not 238 kbps but still i was able to work but now a days the speed is below 35kbps and when i call the customer care there is no proper resonse from the cutomer care they say that the net setter customer care is a different department and they asked me call the same customer care number again and chose a option which is not existing at all.

When i informed i want to surrender the net setter and not interested to use it further i was was informed it is not possible and there will be no refund.

They service is not good and also i am unable to work with it and if i can't get refund upon surrendering then this is just cheating the customer's

Do help me to get justice.

I have been trying to contact someone(customer care executive) from Idea for the last 5 days because a)I have some complaints regarding my voice calls tarrif , and b)I have got myself a new Idea Netsetter connection 3 days ago which still has not become active.But the only thing I hear is " your call cannot go through because of congestion in the dialed network."And when I call up the guy who convinced me to buy this Netsetter over the phone, he hangs up on my face as soon as I start speaking.So 2 thingsa) I want to complain about this person(as far as I remember his name :Mukesh-08447008233) , and b) Is this a temporary problem or you never get to speak to the customer care people?My idea prepaid number: +917890332309

I recently bout net setter I wanted unlimited data usage connection speed like 236 kbps is fine for me. I wanted to use it to work from home.
the net setter has stopped working now, I recharged it with 399Rs it worked for a day and stopped again.

sometimes it fails to connect, sometimes it connects but data is just uploaded the download doesn't work.
the customer care number is just for prepaid, can't the idea website post number which are possible to be dialed from other mobiles then Idea. There is no way to check the balance of the net setter as well.

Its been less than 20 days and I have lost net sett amount + the FRC of 499 + a recharge of 399.
I have raised a complaint from the Idea cellular website still no response from their end.
