I shifted from Reliance 3G to IDEA 3G both on my phone and laptop. But ever since they started billing me there has been hassles galore.

In my 3G data wireless card bill, I was wrongly charged for 3 consecutive months for excess data usage for no reason. When I personally went and complained to their Santacruz office almost 3 months back, I was told by their Mr. Vijay Singh and Ms. Pooja that the charges would SURELY be refunded by next month. Its been 2 bills since then and no relief in sight. WHAT IS HAPPENING? Do I have to leave my work every time and run behind their offices? At least Reliance solved my problem after sending them a lawyers notice. IDEA is getting worse!!

Now I see that my 3G phone bill has some weird WAP CHARGES @ 100 Rs.!! WAP??? I use a google android phone. What would i use WAP for in the first place. And that too some stupid MotoBike download. What rubbish is this? Either you guys get your horses running or I am sending you guys a notice too. Enough is enough.
