i bought a idea usb net setter from authorized idea dealer on 23rd august 2010 and submitted my completed documents according to the guidelines given on the company's website on 24th august 2010. But the connection was not activated as the officials did not submitted my documents on time and the next day they told me that the documents have been rejected due to student identity but it is clearly given on the idea website that students can take the connection by submitting the appropriate documents and moreover when i gave the officials a phone call they behaved rudely with me and disconnected my phone call and now its around 1 week and the connection still not activated yet.
