    Default Its Tata Photon plus Fraud not Tata Photon Plus

    Dear Sir,
    I am extremely sorry to say that your Tata Photon Plus name is not Complete name for your device,its (Tata Photon + Fraud). I am briefing out my problems with your services.One day on 8th of Dec. 2010,They have put their camp in kaulagarh Road in front of Punjab National Bank. Where they have attracted the costumer by displaying their new combo offer(Tata Photon Plus Device and A Walky Set in just Rs 2500).Very Wonderful step from their marketing department,I highly appreciate that.I have inquired everything about their services.They told me that monthy rental on walky is Rs 0.00 for complete one year. But when i got receipt it has been wriiten on it that i have to give Rs 100 as monthly charges. Thats one fraud,which i have asked them many times if there is any monthly charges,they nod their head confidently and told me that i need not to pay any monthy charges for one complete year. By the way i got ma device on 8th dec 2010,aroung 4 pm, they told me it will get activated around 9 pm. I waited whole night for their activation. I need to tell you that i was going to apply for MS abroad, for that i needed a high speed internet services thats why i had chosen your services. Next day i called Pradeep Agarwal(i hope he is marketing Head in dehradun region) who was also present last day.He himself handed over me the device and told me ring anytime if there is any problem.I told him my problem that my device is still not working,it was asking me to enter 14 digit pin number.which he told me that he will send a guy to my home with the bill which he didnt give me previous day. I was not at home, his guy come 2 days later and just give my brother the bill and din ask whether the device is working or not.Next day i again call Pradeep ji and told him the situation. He told me that he himself come in the afternoon or in the evening but he din come.Next day when i called him again,he din pick the phone,i tried & tried then someone pick the phone.The phone answered by a lady & she asked me my problem and i again explain her.She told me their guy will put that 14 digit number themselves. I need to wait till afternoon. I had some work in my office so i came late that night i then check the device it was still not working. U see if u are in my position cant u get frustated by this type of behaviour. I still calm down.Again next day i called pradeep ji ring twice & thrice but he din pick my phone & when i tried again later a lady again picked the phone and told me my device is activated and the pin number is also entered by them. A so called device number is also generated which she told me that device number generated only when device is active and pin number is entered.So still wait some more time it might be working then.I waited & still the same problem.Then i called pradeep ji, now he picked the phone & told me to come to his office at Rajpur Road. I told him that i will come in the evening around 6pm, but i din get time so i went to their rajpur road,dehradun office at 12:15 pm next day.I tried to find their office,finally i got tata indicom office at Jai Plaza(I hope),Rajpur Road ,Dehradun. I went inside & told them my problem. A Guy named "Sakeel" attended my problem, He himself tried to open my device,& he get the same 14 digit pin Number Problem. He told me just wait for 20 minutes i will solve your problem.Then i had some work in rajpur Road so i told the Security Guard that told Mr Sakeel that i will be back in 20 minutes. When i returned after 20 minutes & asked security guard to call him.Guard told me that he is not in office now.He just left the office. The same time i called pradeep ji again, He again din pick the phone and a lady replied & repeated me the same old story about that pin number & device number generation. I get frustated & told her to activate my device as soon as possible,I am waiting here in Jai Plaza Office,Send any of your ward to solve my problem.Security Guard was listeling all this,he called me very politely & told me to tell my problem,He immidiately called someone & a guy whose name i dont know. Again u see, A Security Guard is far Better than those service provider of your company.Khair Leave it. I repeated again my problem to that guy, He told me don u worry, you should have contacted us before hand,u just wasted time contacting Mr Pradeep who is in marketing team. I thought may be i am wrong. So finally he told me just wait for 12 more hour your device will start working. I said ok but that would be the last attempt from your side. U know what happened i have to come again to Rajpur road Bunking my Office second consecutive day. Here i met Ajay Yadav who handles sales department who was also present that day when i purchased device. I told him the whole story.And you know Its my 7th day to roam here & there. I told him i met a guy previous day who told me that my device will start working within 12 hours.Then he took my device & checked in his own computer,still the same problem.Now he told me that the device is activated but in Maharastra Region.How come Maharastra Come into picture?? Why cant theses guys told me previously. Are They only need to be there sitting to tell us the problem happened to my device or they are going to do something to solve my problm.He than told me he needed 2 or 3 more days.Now its far above my head.Anyone in my position get irritated with that kind of useless answers.Finally, I told him to give me a new device which can be activated today itself.He told me he cant. Then i asked him to call that guy who attended me yesterday.Instead of calling that guy,he started saving him and start asking the name of that guy who attended me previous day which i don know.I told him to take me in i will recognize that guy.But he din allow me to enter.Then i called pradeep ji again,same thing happen,Pradeep ji afraid to pick my phone & a lady replied instead and getting warm over me saying u hung up the phone previous day when she told me to come to his office which is in Raj plaza. U tell me i am in Tata Indicom Office of Jai Plaza, why sud i go to Raj Plaza,what they can do?? If their Jai Plaza office is not able to do anything.Why sud i go here & there just wasting my Time, Petrol,Money. She told me ,u din come previous day, So she cant help me anymore,Do watever i can do.

    Now can u guess What Shoud a customer do at this position?????
    I am asking you what sud u do at this position?????

    U know what i did, I just gave them my Tata indicom device & also the Useless Bill which i don need. If they cant help a single customer how can they run such a big Organisation?
    I think They are not capable to solve my problem, so its better not to bother them anymore.I hope they are very happy now.They Got everything they wanted.Irritate their Customer, Got their Device back,Put Rs 2500 In their & run their Device on their onw personal use.

    But i afraid this thing might not happen to other customers also,so i put my complain over here.

    Please do look at this matter and appropriate action should be taken in this matter.

    Respect Customers and think from the point of view of customers. Its useless to put a poster on your wall "Customer is Everything for us".

By the way i got ma device on 8th dec 2010,aroung 4 pm, they told me it will get activated around 9 pm. I waited whole night for their activation. I need to tell you that i was going to apply for MS abroad, for that i needed a high speed internet services thats why i had chosen your services. Next day i called Pradeep Agarwal(i hope he is marketing Head in dehradun region) who was also present last day.He himself handed over me the device and told me ring anytime if there is any problem.I told him my problem that my device is still not working,it was asking me to enter 14 digit pin number.which he told me that he will send a guy to my home with the bill which he didnt give me previous day. I was not at home, his guy come 2 days later and just give my brother the bill and din ask whether the device is working or not.Next day i again call Pradeep ji and told him the situation. He told me that he himself come in the afternoon or in the evening but he din come.Next day when i called him again,he din pick the phone,i tried & tried then someone pick the phone.The phone answered by a lady & she asked me my problem and i again explain her.She told me their guy will put that 14 digit number themselves. I need to wait till afternoon. I had some work in my office so i came late that night i then check the device it was still not working. U see if u are in my position cant u get frustated by this type of behaviour. I still calm down.Again next day i called pradeep ji ring twice & thrice but he din pick my phone & when i tried again later a lady again picked the phone and told me my device is activated and the pin number is also entered by them. A so called device number is also generated which she told me that device number generated only when device is active and pin number is entered.So still wait some more time it might be working then.I waited & still the same problem.Then i called pradeep ji, now he picked the phone & told me to come to his office at Rajpur Road. I told him that i will come in the evening around 6pm, but i din get time so i went to their rajpur road,dehradun office at 12:15 pm next day.I tried to find their office,finally i got tata indicom office at Jai Plaza(I hope),Rajpur Road ,Dehradun. I went inside & told them my problem. A Guy named "Sakeel" attended my problem, He himself tried to open my device,& he get the same 14 digit pin Number Problem. He told me just wait for 20 minutes i will solve your problem.Then i had some work in rajpur Road so i told the Security Guard that told Mr Sakeel that i will be back in 20 minutes. When i returned after 20 minutes & asked security guard to call him.Guard told me that he is not in office now.He just left the office. The same time i called pradeep ji again, He again din pick the phone and a lady replied & repeated me the same old story about that pin number & device number generation. I get frustated & told her to activate my device as soon as possible,I am waiting here in Jai Plaza Office,Send any of your ward to solve my problem.Security Guard was listeling all this,he called me very politely & told me to tell my problem,He immidiately called someone & a guy whose name i dont know. Again u see, A Security Guard is far Better than those service provider of your company.Khair Leave it. I repeated again my problem to that guy, He told me don u worry, you should have contacted us before hand,u just wasted time contacting Mr Pradeep who is in marketing team. I thought may be i am wrong. So finally he told me just wait for 12 more hour your device will start working. I said ok but that would be the last attempt from your side. U know what happened i have to come again to Rajpur road Bunking my Office second consecutive day. Here i met Ajay Yadav who handles sales department who was also present that day when i purchased device. I told him the whole story.And you know Its my 7th day to roam here & there. I told him i met a guy previous day who told me that my device will start working within 12 hours.Then he took my device & checked in his own computer,still the same problem.Now he told me that the device is activated but in Maharastra Region.How come Maharastra Come into picture?? Why cant theses guys told me previously. Are They only need to be there sitting to tell us the problem happened to my device or they are going to do something to solve my problm.He than told me he needed 2 or 3 more days.Now its far above my head.Anyone in my position get irritated with that kind of useless answers.Finally, I told him to give me a new device which can be activated today itself.He told me he cant. Then i asked him to call that guy who attended me yesterday.Instead of calling that guy,he started saving him and start asking the name of that guy who attended me previous day which i don know.I told him to take me in i will recognize that guy.But he din allow me to enter.Then i called pradeep ji again,same thing happen,Pradeep ji afraid to pick my phone & a lady replied instead and getting warm over me saying u hung up the phone previous day when she told me to come to his office which is in Raj plaza. U tell me i am in Tata Indicom Office of Jai Plaza, why sud i go to Raj Plaza,what they can do?? If their Jai Plaza office is not able to do anything.Why sud i go here & there just wasting my Time, Petrol,Money. She told me ,u din come previous day, So she cant help me anymore,Do watever i can do.

    Now can u guess What Shoud a customer do at this position?????

    U know what i did, I just gave them my Tata indicom device & also the Useless Bill which i don need. If they cant help a single customer how can they run such a big Organisation?
    I think They are not capable to solve my problem, so its better not to bother them anymore.I hope they are very happy now.They Got everything they wanted.Irritate their Customer, Got their Device back,Put Rs 2500 In their & run their Device on their onw personal use.

    But i afraid this thing might not happen to other customers also,so i put my complain over here.

    Please do look at this matter and appropriate action should be taken in this matter.

    Respect Customers and think from the point of view of customers. Its useless to put a poster on your wall "Customer is Everything for us".

    Default Tata Photon Plus Speed Problem

    I m using tata photon plus for arund 1 months and i have never face such wierd problem.. Tata photon plus is working very very slow.. i m not able to download anything.. its giving me speed around 10-20 kbps.. and tata assure us that we will get speed arund 3.1 mbps.. what is this ??
