Dear Sir/Madam

I recently got a new Tata photon plus connection about 20 days back. Initially everything worked OK,But later on the speed got simply ridiculous. I mean, it takes me ages to open a single Google search engine page. I complained to the concerned customer care representative and the complaint reference number was 230097847.They assured me that an Engineer would sort out the issue at my home. And to my disbelief, the Engineer just deleted the cookies and some temporary internet files and said everything is OK now. I told him that nothing is resolved but he never listened to me. To my believe problem persisted again, and I contacted the customer care again, complaint reference number: 230380737.They assured me again that an Engineer would be coming soon to my house. But till this date nobody came.. And again to my disbelief I got an SMS from the said guys stating that the issue has been resolved by the Second Engineer who came to my house. This was absolutely disgusting coz nobody came.
On contacting them again another complaint was raised (230637085) and assured to me that this time issue will be resolved which never happened and this time new excuse was given to me that they tried to contact me and my phone was switched off which is hard to digest.
For your kind notice I am paying 1500 per month from my hard earned money and was expecting good service but unfortunately wrong company selected.
Is there anyone keeping an eye on these peoples who just want to extract money from their customers and do we take any action against them. I am aware about consumer forum but there are thousands of people who are daily cheated by these companies and no one is helping them.
