with great pain i am referring this matters to you after suffering immense pain due to your company incompetency and greed.i had requested your customare care service to disconnect my internet connection in mobile via complaint no CBDMO21011312271 because your company was continously deducting my balance for last 3 days despite me not browsing the internet.i called customer care service 4 times but of no avail as they too were clueless of how to disconnect it.so its my humble request that please disconnect my internet service with immediate effect as this are my hard earned money.
hope you will understand and do the needfull and not bow down to the greed of the company owner who had put up such a software that it will deduct money evey when browsing is not done.
