i had registered for a internet connection with MTNL
plan details:
Rs 795 monthly rental
2mbps speed
and unlimited data download
but its been two months now and till date i have never ever got a speed of 170 kbps wheare as it should be 2mbps .
Am i a fool paying for substandard service?
