Subject:- Changes for Modem Install Date 29/07/2010

Sir,

I have informed that Mr Rajiv Ranjan Kumar Customer A/c no 2083267861 and Telephone No 29254677. Please Change the modem so I normal ADSL modem prices Rs. 300 only. But Install time discuses for Engineer normal ADSL modem Prices Rs.300 and monthly Extra Charges Rs. 50 per Month. So I have not agree to modem prices and monthly charges pay. So please Changes the modem.

Subject:- Modem not working

My internet connection is not working since 26th of last month.CC agent gives me a new number every time I call to discuss my problem but they are not doing anything to solve the problem.

Now,its been a month almost.Why should I pay the rental without even using the internet.

Pls help if possible.
