    Default MTNL Broadband complaint

    I have been using the MTNL net since 2000, but I am fed up now. Your support service is useless. If the net is not working, then it takes 7-10 days to solve the problem. I have complained about my non-functioning modem since 23rd March every day.
    my complaint nos are 65200204, 64600476, 64200037, 64100134.
    My efforts at 1504 yeilded no response other then' please call 197 and get area manager no and complain". I did that- Mr ramesh at 9868134200, 25917980-but he does not pick up the phone, or it is switched off, or kept off the hook.
    I am working as a mental health specialist, and my daughter is a eye surgeon. We need the net urgent daily for our various activities. Just what is one supposed to do if it does not work.
    I was finally given the no of one Mr Ashok-20596411, who is telling me from last 2 days that 'he is just coming".
    Is this MTNL service within 24 hours??? is this the way to treat customers??? is this a joke? MTNL spends a lot of money on advertising Broadband..can they not keep at least some more people to handle complaints??
    I feel like going to the press or consumer court on this one. who is responsible for the mental anguish and harm to our work??

    Angry Nnewly taken MTNL Delhi broadband No Internet & No Help

    Dear Sir,

    I had got a new Broadband connection (TriB 599 Combo) from MTNL New Delhi Two weeks ago. Ever since it’s installation I started facing severe problems in Network connection. I had made so many complaints to MTNL Customer care but instead of healing it they give excuses. Finally I’m forced to make complain to you as they had no solution for me.
    Now my landline is working only. But no internet connectivity (Broadband Docket # 2817)

    Angry Pathetic Net Servive

    I had made my first complaint about net not working on 8th August 2010 by MTNL brodband service(1504) my docket no. was 2771. On which is was figured out that the probelem is in the line as the ADSL LED was not on. But the next day it was found out that the modem is not working properly. Till Wednesday 11th August 2010 nothing was done.Finaly I called Mr Raina , but I was connected to Mr Gaware and told him that the modem is faulty and to change it. Till Friday the modem was not changed and the MTNL would just call up asking whether the line is working or not....On Friday the modem was changed which was faulty again. I was told that the new modem is not available and that this would be on temparary basis. Since then I have made many new compalints regarding the same but I get the message that the complaint is alraedy registered with docket no. 8800. I am paying 1000/- per month for this net service. And I am getting a pathetic service.Why should I pay MTNL the amount if I am not getting my Net service?

    Thumbs down The worst internet service

    There is great confusion in this entire Company. I bought the Unlimited Rs 999 offer. Server crashed for 4 hours on two occassions. Verification was done only after 5 days or more. UNLIMITED is what they say for UNLIMITED TROUBLES. The 999 offer has only 9 GB download capacity after which they put you on the 1X speed ( It is very slow: Reliance is 3 times faster than this.). They promise the customer 3 MB approx..but in truth it is 80 - 100 kbps at dead times and 50kbps normal ...THEY call this Broadband. Do they know anything about Technology ? Very little.
    This 999 Unlimited is limited to 9 GB down only and spped is 50 kbps at best.
    The Company has cheated everybody blindfold with their " hidden agenda"

    This is the worst service hat is around..but it has it's end soon, as anyone can see how many people are rising up against it and complaining.

    STAY AWAY...DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF !!

    I just paid up for the 10 GB @ Rs 1050 and...they still haven't got it connected.
    These people don't seem to know Technology at all, because they are getting all mixed up about kbps, MB and GB ..and Surfing, Downloads and Uploads.
    We are a Technical Firm doing System ****yse and Marketing Network Commodities. So we do know positively that this MBlaze is on a bad trip, and will sink very soon by the weight of their own mistakes.
    They are NOT telling the Customers the Truth. They are also snipping off Bandwith from others.

    WATCH OUT !!!!

    my net stopped workin 2 days ago. i work frm home nd cuz of dis i was marked unsched leaves, luks like i may lose my job if dis is up. dnt knw wat to do. i have made several complaints at 1504.

    I am MTNL Broadband (TriB 599 Combo) user 26843879 from 3 months old, facing Sevier disturbance in my internet connection from more than a week, i had made complaint (Docket#80305 Date 20/08/2010) unfortunately MTNL closed it without any action on 27/08/2010, even internet is completely dead from 25-08-2010 and my phone is dead from today, so I made again a complaint for broadband (Docket#81231 Date 27/08/2010) landline (Docket# 1219 date 27/08/2010) I had made so many complaints to MTNL Customer care but instead of healing it they give excuses, now they are not receiving my call too. Finally I’m forced make a complaint to you as they had no solution for me

    despite repeated requests including those made to the office of the DE and CGM for having the new broadband connection on 26141123 (my no) , no action has been taken. A truly inefficient and sick organisation is MTNL .

    Default MTNL ADSL 1 Mbps line disconnects frequently

    Hi,
    more than last 20 days my internet gets disconnected frequently.my complaint docket nos are as follows
    7650
    8003
    6046
    6534
    914
    1006

    all calls are closed by mtnl without solving the problem.

    one's you log the complaint mtnl person calls & asks that if internet is working or not.
    You answer yes or no they will close the call next day.

    i dont know what to do.

    Mtnl has been playing dumb games with its customers. In the name of unlimited plans it is cheating and doing fraud with its customers. You download a few GBs on any unlimited plan and its like now you screw yourself. You will be put into a low quality service with frequent disconnection along with poor speeds.
    My suggestion. Go for any other plan from other providers. you will be better off with this damn mtnl . MTNL sucks big time. Its high time they need to look into the matter and do something to stop these idiotic practises

    I had applied for the MTNL landline and the Broadband connection,TriB combo, the telephone connection no 25256466 has been alreday installed app. 1 month back, and the modem for the Broadband connection was also installed ,but the Internet connection has not been stared as yst, despite the visit of the Support team thrice , they have not been able to resolve the problem and the internet connection has net been started.

    Smile complaint for net services not working properly

    I regret to say that I find 90% of the time the net is not working. On complaint they had rectified once or twice and after that the problem is the same. It is very difficult to contact u people on the telephone it is very
    cumbersome. At times I feel like disconnecting your line if this status persists.Pl allow us to make complaints on net to u also instead of going through the lengthy process of calling your helpline which is absolutely hopeless service.

    Default Net Speed Has Been Decreased

    I have got MTNL broadband connection from past 1year. We received good service for first 1 / 2 months bt later on the net speed went on decreasing, we have been complaining for past 9 - 8 mnts bt have nt receive any response. It seems dat dey have sum cable problem, bt i have no idea how der cable problem is solved only on Sundays and not on other days coz we have better speed on Sundays as compare to that on other days. D telephonic complaints are of no use, I dont understand who have dis MTNL People got so busy dat dey cant even solve a problem from past so many months. Dis problem is nt only wid us bt wid all the MTNL Broadband users in our locality "A. T. I Campus Sion Chunabhatti"

    Net has become a necessity for us nt for social networking, bt for our daily official work and Project work of the students.

    Its a KIND REQUEST to all the MTNL works to Look on dis matter.........

    Default MTNL Triband Combo is not working

    Hello There,

    This is in regards to my MTNL Triband Combo 599 (Delhi). My Telephone No. is 25053173. My telephone is not working for more than last 15 days and there is no resolution for the registered complaint. I have registered complaint for my broadband ADSL Modem for unstability of ADSL Connection when my phone was working and CCE told me that we will get your line checked. Thereafter the telephone was got dead after two days of registering complaint for my ADSL.

    When I tried to submit the complaint for broadband over the internet it says that broadband facility is not available on this no.broadband connection.

    I hereby request you to take immediate action on this issue and bills are coming on regular basis but there is not resolution to complaints.
