I have been using the MTNL net since 2000, but I am fed up now. Your support service is useless. If the net is not working, then it takes 7-10 days to solve the problem. I have complained about my non-functioning modem since 23rd March every day.
my complaint nos are 65200204, 64600476, 64200037, 64100134.
My efforts at 1504 yeilded no response other then' please call 197 and get area manager no and complain". I did that- Mr ramesh at 9868134200, 25917980-but he does not pick up the phone, or it is switched off, or kept off the hook.
I am working as a mental health specialist, and my daughter is a eye surgeon. We need the net urgent daily for our various activities. Just what is one supposed to do if it does not work.
I was finally given the no of one Mr Ashok-20596411, who is telling me from last 2 days that 'he is just coming".
Is this MTNL service within 24 hours??? is this the way to treat customers??? is this a joke? MTNL spends a lot of money on advertising Broadband..can they not keep at least some more people to handle complaints??
I feel like going to the press or consumer court on this one. who is responsible for the mental anguish and harm to our work??
