Greeting of the day,

I am the internet user, using MTNL broadband service from last 5 years. During last one year I am facing the problem of internet connection. I am unable to use internet while I am in office. It never get connected nor I can use the same for email using outlook express of webmail. I made lot of complaints but no avail. Their people come check and say the line is OK please check with the cable. Online technical staff says everything is OK from our end. At the end of the day I just keep on complaining but they do nothing.

I am paying monthly Rs 2000/- for internet charges but I getting hardly established connection to use the internet. I am just fed up with the service provider. Yearly I have paid Rs 24000/- for the internet service but in the whole year I have my dongle for internet rather than MTNL internet. Its like paying unnecessary to MTNL for nothing.

Would request to kindly do the needful.
