I recharged my data card no ( 8925986238) with 1000rs in online on 29/1/2012 Sunday at 6.00pm by retailer but my plan is 999rs. eventhough I got transaction successful in computer, when I connect the modem with my computer it said main balance is 1000rs , after 30 min,s its showed ur main balance 0.00 .

so I made a call to customer care 9150955955 . they said u took the wrong option. I asked them to transfer the 1000rs money to 999rs plan or refund the money , but they told v can't refund or transfer to ur data plan. I asked them who got my1000 rs . they didn't answer me properly . I asked them for solution to my problem. they just told v don't know.


after that I send a complaint to their mail address customercare.tn@mtsindia.in .I got a acknowledgement mail. our staff will contact u within 24hrs , still I didnt get any mail, call and msg from them .anyone tell me the solution for my problem

1. I want to know who got the money retailer or mts
2. if I selected the wrong option y it shows ur transaction succcesful
3. y they r not refunding or transfer the money to my plan
4. what about my money
5. how many peoples lost their money like me
