I am using MTs Mblaze (MDN - 9143412879). I paid for recharge of rupees 348, 512 mb, validity 30 days. I went to the MTS stall in City Centre Saltlake. They took the money but and said that they have done the recharge. I couldn't verify as I was not carrying the device with me. Later when I tried to connect, it showed me balance as zero (Rupees 0). I tried to call the number of the stall 9143664245 as I had taken their number. The contact person was Deep. But he didn't take my call and later switched off cell. Same day later he took my call and said that we will recharge immediately but again switched off his cell phone and didn't do the recharge. I called MTS customer care but they said that they are not responsible for any stall of MTS and so they cannot take any complain. This kind of harassment is quite uncalled for. They are trying to cheat the money. I would request everyone to avoid this kind of stalls, specially the one in City Center, Saltlake. Even the MTS company people don’t take their responsibility. They are saying that they have sent my recharge while my balance doesn't reflect the same. I had to recharge from the online MTS site. Please I would request the appropriate authorities to take action against this king of fraudulent stalls.
