Respected Sir/Madam,

I made a recharge of Rs 198 on my MTS broadband having number 9136 1200 23 dated 28-11-12, as usual as always did.
Money deducted from my PNB bank account having transaction id S3798 3206 and order number M971 390 28, but recharge was unsuccessful.
Same day launched complain, they replied- will recover in 3days.
According to their requirement even sent mini statement also..but
Passed wid no result..tehre after i complained 4 times more with latest having number DEC239813 from Mr Rohit and talked more than 15 times including with his supervisor Mr Anand.
Still no result...please help me
