i used to use an mts data card. it stopped working. i had recharged with Rs. 1000 on 22nd of november 2011 and was supposed to get 30 days validity, but the device worked only 7 days. the fault was from their end and they are refusing to give me a compensation. neither they are ready to give me an extended validity on a new data card. I request you to kindly help me get my compensation back
