Please help me. I have purchase a data card of the company MTS for running internet. They give me a assurance that you will find speed of 3.1 m bps. but write-now speed only 0 to 250 kbps. and i am facing problem last 10 days. I have done complaint but nobody listen and not doing anything else.

so please help me.
