I am using MTS MBLAZE NO_9135974508 bt customer care servive is not proper , the are not interested to listen customer problems.

i have recently bought an Mts Mblaze Data Card(25/09/2011) with a 999 unlimited plan whic they promised to give a 3.2 mb/s speed .withing the usage of 12Gb of Data usage .after 12 Gb. there will be fair usage policy applicable of 144 kbps speed. now that part looks very promising isnt it............. its only 10/11/2011 an i am still having 2 gb of data usage left and the speed detoriates to 15 to 20 kbps merely.
now is 4.21 am..and i am still getting 38kbps speed in total..
what a way to fool peoples with hard earned money
