i have given a complain abt my data card no 9146344793 on august 14th 2010 till now there is no feedback from mts department after call customer care dept 10 to 12 times there is no proper reply abt my data card complain they had said that there engineer will come and solve ur problem soon but no engineer has come yet tii 14 of aug 10 complaint has been given yet till 31/08/10 hence my net was not connecting my datausage of approx 9.5 gb and my validity of 10 day also has been expire that also customercare department say that u will not get it back kindly guide me and do needful to me

Whatever it is don't except anything from them. I also use the same and every month last 10 to 15 days I am also not getting any connection. There main aim is to sail the product but about the customer prospect they are nothing but a big Zerow (0).
