Respected Sir/Madam

i, sohan lal bagri, lives in jamshedpur jharkhand, is using mTS internet service from last six months. but it is not propely working due to tower problem. i have complained so many times but they are not going to solve it. this month i recharge my modem with 798 rs and havent use a single day beacuse munciple corporation has close his tower which was illegal.
so please help me to refund my money. i will be very thankful to you.
