my name is MOHSIN KHAN(from agra) and i purchased a mts mblaze data card no. 9152121673. on dec 7 i recharged my account with 999/- which promise 3.1mbps speed upto 12 gb.. now i m geeting a poor speed max . 156kbps for which is have logged a complaint on 10 dec.. no body had yet called me or visited my place.. now everytime i call custome care to know my complaint status they come with some silly answers or they ask me to delete cookies, temp files and reinstalled the software etc. in spite of doing this, still i m not getting proper solution.
I am fully frustrated by MTS. Very bad and poor service.

Please solve the problem ASAP.
