Hello Sir,
30th of june i got a mblaze device by MTS and opted for 999.00Rs Unlimited Plan Broadband service. after 3 days of using the device the speed of the device crashed to 1/100 times; what MTS claims. called customer care. got mis-guided. several times. i knew that i was getting conned; i opted for terminate the account and bear the loss of 2,400/- Rs. I was ready for this. But, Customer care wouldn't let me terminate. There is something hidden in the service; which they call "fair usage policy" ; where the speed drops from broadband to GPRS speed after i use 15GB data. Knowing this i definitely wanted to terminate. Instead "someone" recharged 999.00/- Rs behalf of me - so that i continue to get Broadband speed for the rest of the month. MTS has a offer - if i recharge twice within august 2010; i get a Reebok Wrist Watch free!!! To shut my complaint i get a Reebok!!! And the call center - MTS crew really knows to misguide calls. All i want is to TERMINATE my account with MTS my datacard number - 9141157546. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE. |

i bought mts mblaze on 2th of august with 999 recharge.but after 11 days it suddenlly stopped.when i contact to customer care they said u had used 25gb & will update in 24 hours for futher use.but modem never started.& i think they will never start it.that means 999 recharge is not an unlimited plan.they are making fool to people.pls dont buy it.my money had gone waste.i will never use mts again or recharge it.

The MTS people really making fun out of us, even me too brought a MBLAZE with unlimited plan (999) they have promised that up to 3.1 speed, but that had never event 1.0MB after 2 weeks (I have used only on weekends) I lost connection of broadband, as they sed I have used over 13 GB data, then I have connected to 1x connection which is part of connections in the settings. This connection is worst then my mobile connection. My strong advice to don’t go for MTS better sets stick with BSNL. Regards, Saravanan Veerabhadran |

Hi all,
I got a pop up message everyday whenever i use my mts broadband (just for name, speed is only around 500 kbps) that says "recharge fir 999 before 31 aug, you will get a reebok watch". Thinking tht this is a gud offer, i went to a MTS store and recharged for 999 before my previous validity. MTS staffs were not aware of this offer, so they asked me to contact customer servicer. I dialed customer service right away and i was told tht this offer is valid if you recharged twice in month of Aug, which i did. When they don't have further explaination, they asked to collect the watch from one of the MTS centre. They give me an address that does not even exist. This is cheating, please think thousand time before you believe in any offer from MTS. Shameless company. I have no other option, will use till my 30 days validity and my chaning my connection to Relience wired connection. Ram, Bangalore |

I purchased MTS MBlaze data card for 2299/- and after that i was getting messages as\\\"FREE REEBOK WATCH FREE if u recharge 999/- unlimited plan for continuous for two months\\\" so i did recharge and there is no sign of issuing the watch. I contacted MTS costumer care and higher to highest authority 5 times, every time they responded just with sorry for delay, but didn\\\'t send watch. I am very upset and can\\\'t beleive these poeple anymore. I have taken a new connectin of 999 Unlimited MTS connection and still waiting for Reebok shooes.
Second thing is .. their Call center people saying that ...999 unlimited plan = 15 GB useges p/m hopeless service by MTS service centers and their local vendors. |

Dear all,
Do not use MTS broad band because they are fooling us.Their executive do not have any idea about neither device nor plan.I took mts for 2000 Rs & by that time executive told that u can use it as unlimited for 1month.Once I started using I came to know that unlimited means 30GB & also most of the time am getting 0kbps.Speed is very low but they giving ad as 3mbps.For the speed issue I made complaint more than 10 times but only 2 times their technical people came & went.their technical people knowledge is very poor because of that they are not able to solve the problem. Do not buy this device because you are wasting the money on useless product. |
