I'm congratulating my self for discovering the worst internet service on this planet.I bought this mts mobile broadband service some 4 months back.I am facing the problem with net speed since day 1 and i have been calling to mts customer care since then.They said (in my 1st month) make a fresh recharge again and you will not face any problems.I made another recharge of 999, again i faced the same problem this time they gave me complain number c1147179073 and told me technician will visit at your place he never came but at that time speed just improved a little beat(around 150-160kbps thats their top speed).So again i made the same recharge next month and again i got the same speed problem.when i called customer care they were just saying you will be called by our technician i was never called back again,then for the next month i experienced lesser speed than all my previous months. I called customer care again they gave me complain number c1262825431 and every time when i use to call customer care they were not providing me any information instead the were just saying that their system is on update mode they will call me back.Obviously they never called me and again i called them back, they said that they have arranged a technician visit at my place.This time for a change i got call from local technician, he said he will visit my place and he didn't came, then i called him personally,he said to me that he forgot to come at my place(now that's fantastic).That he came to my place with his demo data card and his laptop.On his laptop the the demo data card was showing speed of 1mb but my data card was showing the speed of 130 kbps.Then so called qualified technician started saying that your data card is corrupt or it may have fell down from some place now he is comparing the company demo card (which is used to attract customers always has better speed than any of customers data card) and advised get my data card replaced instead of resolving the speed issue.I tried to explain this problem to Mr. Vlad Pozdyshev via e-mail i didn't got any response from him instead i got a call from some unqualified idiot named pradeep(biggest fraud) after the technician visit.He's saying to me that we are not at fault instead he's blaming some company named ZTE that they manufacture the data card and they are at fault for the low speed that you are getting.
Now do you think is it fair, just to compare with your demo data card speed and saying that your data card is corrupt instead of resolving the issue.This guy pradeep he's saying to me that we can't help you with anything, your concerned is not our problem as if he's providing service for free and doing me some favour.
Now i claim my money back from mts if not i need my data back with broadband speed.
