I bought reliance data card and since then it never worked.
They said its because of the documents. I submitted the documents to the dealer, then re-submitted at reliance shop, they said it will be processed withing 48 Hrs. Even after one week, my data card is not working and I am loosing the time. When I call customer care they say try contacting reliance show where I submitted the docs, and when I ask them they say try contacting customer care

When I kept on calling them they now say submit the documets again into reliance web world. I really dont understand how many times I am going to submit the docs

Can anybody suggest what to do?
