After making number of attempts at VIGHNAHAR INFOTECH, Reliance web world and lodging complaint with following appellate authorities repeatedly with no response for the last six months, I am making this complaint to your office -

I had kept my data card under safe custody from Nov 11, 2009 and accordingly request was placed at the above mentioned centre. For the first month billing was correctly done and subsequently regular(full) bill was raised against me. Despite informing personally NO SR number was given to me and only verbal assurance was given that the bill will be correctly sent from the next month with correction from retrospective effect. Unfortunately nothing happened.
It is also brought to your notice that the regular billing started without any request from my side. I have NOT even used data card once thereafter.
Your immediate attention is requested to close the issue and send me the correct bill to clear the dues. TAT for the same may please be conveyed to me.
