Hi,
I had purchased a new Reliance WiMax connection in Ahmedabad through Reliance Sales Agent.

The sales agent had promised me that the connection will be activated within 7 days. My documents and cheque for the advance payment of rental was taken from me.

I have also received a mail from Reliance WiMax confirming that the connection will be activated in 7 days.

However, there is noone from Reliance WiMax team has shown up at my place even for installation of WiMax services after 7 days. I still don't know if I will get the connection or not.

When I inquired about the status with the sales person, he told me that the connection is on hold and he has no timeline in which it will be started.

Now I do not want this connection and I asked him to refund my money back, however he told me that it will take minimum 1 month for the refund of the money that too after a reliance executive visits me at my home. When asked about when this visit is expected, again there is no timeline given.

This is a pure case of fraud, where money is taken from the customer from Reliance and services are not provided. On top of that, there is mental torture which is given to the customer with respect to uncertainty and false promises.

I will also not get the interest on the money which I have given to reliance. And I even dont now if I will get my money back or not.

Please help me in taking tough steps again Reliance WiMax so that no other common man suffers from this fraud company.
