sir,
i took spectranet broadband connection in the month of june 2010. they charged rs 600/- towards installation charges and rs 350/- towards monthly subscription and they told me that receipt will be delivered within a day or so. but till day i did not receive any receipt. further connection remains closed. i have to call my distributor four to five times then my connection starts. ti is every day affair. it is therefore requested to the spectranet management to look into the matter and resolve my problem.
