I am Rajesh Dahol, using Reliance Datacard (Broadband+) No. 9310231976 since 2009 had made a payment of Rs. 1650/-by cash to an outsourced agency agent of Reliance on the request from the Customer Care executive on 5th July 2011. Due to some circumstances I lost the "Bill Receipt"and cannot find the same till date. The copy of the security guards register has secured for reference indicating the time and signatures of the Reliance agent coming to our office on 5th July to collect the payments from me though without the mobile number.
Now I am being harassed and verbally abused by lady customer care executives from Reliance from the following numbers 9911480572/9891082542/949602439. I have mailed several times to the Reliance Communication Customer Care centre regarding my greviance but none of them were able to trace this agent who has collected the money on behalf of Reliance.
And its really pity that Reliance have no system to monitor the number of times I have given my compliant to the customer care executives over phone. On daily basis I get a call from some new person asking to pay the total amount and every time I had to tell him/her about my case. But now they have crossed the limits of professionalism by abusing and threatening.
I believe Reliance is not a small provisional store wherein no records and controls are maintained on the payments made. I wonder that guy might have looted so many Reliance customers and still he is at large. Its been almost 7 months now and Reliance have not yet received my payment.
I really want to sue them for personal misconduct and showing rowdy behavoiur towards me.
