I have a current Plan"Flash 384" "UNLIMITED SPEED"but it is no where to being unlimited I see no point shelling out 1324.00 for the below reason .

The only reason i need to switch on downgrade plan is the REPEATED DISRUPTION OF SERVICES and the speed on weekends is far much worse..cannot do streaming/buffering on YouTube leave alone downloading a movie..it is as good as opening a browser window for checking email.Why should I be paying such a hefty amount for such a pathetic service

To inquire another plan wherein i can shall out less, called up customer care on 020-60607070 (for Pune)
Lady executive by the name "Amarjeet' answered the call and put me on hold for about 15 mins just to get back saying we don't have any plans for downgrade but we have plans to upgrade.When I inquired how can this be possible and if there are any other alternatives..she again put me on hold and came back with a "no"..I told her to forward my call to her Boss, she again put me on hold..for about 20 mins and then reverted back saying he is busy on another call..u need to wait until then.This was really the worst customer experience I had offlate.
Again i dropped off the call and again called up customer care to directly speak with her Manager.Some one picked up the call and and put me on hold for about 20 mins just to forward my call to her boss..after asking the name of her boss..she kept quite for a moment and said i don't know his name" which is something far from possible.It was getting on to my nerves now..again she told me to put on hold as he was busy on another call.After waiting for about half hour ..i got him on line..His name is 'Vijay Gupta" and doesn't know a thing what a good customer experience is and should be..the same goes for his subordinates who are just dumb enough to keep customers on hold for long just to get back with a vague, unsatisfied reply.
He told me plain enough "for downgrade 'plan u need to reach out to our regional office without even providing me with the contact information or anything.His boss is nodal officer- Sarita whose phone is off.

I want to escalate this matter to the top most management regarding the worst experience i had handling these people without providing me with any solution/alternative.
