    Angry Poor customer service of Tikona internet service provider

    Hi,

    The customer service of Tikona internet service provider is very poor. Its a newly started company i got an internet connection from Tikona. They assured me that there will not be any signal problem since it is an wireless Broadband picking the satellite signal. I trusted the words and bought the connection but my first complaint is signal problem. I just raised an query with tikona on Monday and they didnt solved my issue even after 4 days.

    the reason they are saying that why it arises is "they need to fix some signal booster in our area once it is fixed we can get the signal properly.For that they are saying they need one week time to get the booster fixed.

    i dint know why complaint takes around 10days to fix till that time i cannot use my broadband. its waste of money and time from my side.
    so what i can suggest others is please dont take tikona internet connection based on some ones advice. i am really experienced that this its an very worst service company

    even after sending mail to regional manager and his boss they are not at all acting properly.

    Tikona broadband does not use satellites to connect customers.. Tikona uses 2.4Ghz frequency which is the same frequency used by home use wifi routers and is a free to use frequency so its got nothing to do with satellites.

    You have not mentioned your location or anything.. Ask them to provide you with a Ubiquiti networks CPE which will work a lot better then other brands they use.

    I cannot understand what is Ubiquiti Networks CPE.
    I am residing in Mogappair west and still my complaint is not fully resolved they worked temporarily to get the connection and it is not working very slow for me. But when i got the connection for first 15 days it worked really well i am really satisfied for that 15days.

    How can i approach to get the same position back to me. Please advice

    To be honest this is not the right place to find out how to get better speeds from your Tikona broadband connection.. I suggest you post a request at Tikona broadband forum and get a response from members there... Another advantage of posting your query there would be that you can talk to other Tikona customers as well over there where as this forum specializes in helping customers on how to approach a consumer court.

    Default Tikona is one of the worst service provider

    This is to bring to ur kind notice that I had applied for a new Internet Broadband connection on 29/4/10 and I ve submitted a cheque bearing number 611130 of Rs 500/- of HDFC Bank against the application No. 50000002714801 to ur sales Executive Mr. Dinesh Gupta (9873322933). Irrespective of repeated reminders to Mr. Jitender Gambir (9582734340), no connection has been installed till date and due to this my working is suffering a lot. I request u to take necessary action at the earliest

    if your cheque is not en cashed please ask your bank for stop payment. if it is cashed then you can approach you regional manager over phone get the solution or get back the money which you paid from tikona. Because i have experience that they are really worst in customer service. Till they receive money they will like our servants after that they will behave like our boss. And also please reveal your banking information in public forum which will not be safe measure

    Default tikona is the worst internet service

    please dont enroll for tikona they are cheaters just eating money.
    and if any one is cheated already just take a new connection from them and dont pay the bill later.
    they cheated me from last 3 months.

    Tikona is the worst ISP ever. It really sucks. I had asked them to cancel the connection four months back and they are still sending the monthly bills. Worst customer service and connectivity issues.

    My advice for anyone planning to take a Tikona connection is to better avoid it.

    This service provider is pathetic..I regularly pay their bill but every month they charge late payment fee. when I call them they say Sir next month it will be corrected. but it is keep on adding..

    They have problem in everything right from service, connectivity, billing etc.

    Plz Plz Plz no body take their connection
