Hi,
The customer service of Tikona internet service provider is very poor. Its a newly started company i got an internet connection from Tikona. They assured me that there will not be any signal problem since it is an wireless Broadband picking the satellite signal. I trusted the words and bought the connection but my first complaint is signal problem. I just raised an query with tikona on Monday and they didnt solved my issue even after 4 days.
the reason they are saying that why it arises is "they need to fix some signal booster in our area once it is fixed we can get the signal properly.For that they are saying they need one week time to get the booster fixed.
i dint know why complaint takes around 10days to fix till that time i cannot use my broadband. its waste of money and time from my side.
so what i can suggest others is please dont take tikona internet connection based on some ones advice. i am really experienced that this its an very worst service company
even after sending mail to regional manager and his boss they are not at all acting properly.
