Dear sir,
I have a broadband connection of Airtel. My residence address is Ravi Ranjan Kumar, C-7, IIIrd Flr., Gali No.-5, New Krishna Nagar, New Delhi. My Airtel DSL Landline Number is 011-43080433. I submitted the Airtel Bill on 13th November 2010, in Jagatpuri branch office Airtel office but my internet connection is disconnected due to their poor service (they did not upgrade payment service). 16-11-2010 r Airtel custome care telephoned me and told me that they have not got the payment. that's why they will disconnected the Airtel DSL Service. Today I went to Jagatpuri Branch and talk with Mr. Harpit Singh he told that within half an hour, he will update the system and main branch Airtel office will receive the amount and you will not have a problem with internet. This is not my fault. I paid at right time, but due to their poor service my Internet is disconnected. I am doing my business through the Internet and I got loss that's why i want compensation.I am looking forward that you will take immediate action so that i got justice.
