    Default Poor Services from Tata Photo & Tata employee

    Dear Sir,


    I purchased two No. Data card from Tata Showroom Sirsa on Monthly rent in Dec 2009. But the service of Tata photon is very poor. I am very disturbed since last 10 days. I complained at said office but they were not given any response, they asked our engineer will be come your address and he shall be check your card. On next days he come my office after giving many message to him. He told us for Data Card repairing any other shop. He give me a address of shop M/s Chug Communication, Sirsa. I asked him for Guaranty of Card. He said there is not any guaranty given by Tata. Then I reached his asking address and repair my card, but the problem was same. Then I go back Tata showroom & saw the card but they said we put another complain for this data card. But no body come our address to till date.
    Sir, I am good customer of Tata. But I am so helpless. Please take a necessary action for this matter.

    Default Use Airtel Prepaid

    Why not try Airtel Prepaid. You wouldn't regret. Its much faster and they resolve problem so quickly. Instead of diverting you from one corner to the other, I would suggest you to buy airtel internet. Its fast and very less downtime. I'm using one too. I hope you're not wasting time with them. What do they want to resolve. Its just a simple question and answer of whether they provide/release the bandwidth. Technically they use load balancers,... to limit the packet being transfered. They limit it, we get what they sent. There's nothing to solve from customer ends regarding speed.

    Anyway happy surfing...

    Tata Indicom people should also know how to keep up to customers expectations and satify their needs as Voiced very loudly in Your ADs. I hope you guys are working hard to correct your technical glitches (either technical technical or ...) Anyway we the customer would want your company too to provide the same services as provided by Airtel since some of our colleagues are still using your service.

    Public ADs/Tarrfic = 3000kbps
    Delivery tarrif = 10 - 30 kbps

    Percentage of Customer Satisfaction: (30/30000)* 100 = 1% (Wow!!!!)
    Where is the 99% ????
    A 1 million Question!!!!

    I suppose a Trivia for everyone of us to solve.

    My Suggestions:
    Limit Users or Acquire more bandwith from the main internet provider if you want to sell out more
    to many ignorant users.

    Overloading your Machines/Servers with bandwidth speed insufficient to accomodate the no. of users is one main cause resulting in slow bandwidth.
