Dear Sir,
I purchased two No. Data card from Tata Showroom Sirsa on Monthly rent in Dec 2009. But the service of Tata photon is very poor. I am very disturbed since last 10 days. I complained at said office but they were not given any response, they asked our engineer will be come your address and he shall be check your card. On next days he come my office after giving many message to him. He told us for Data Card repairing any other shop. He give me a address of shop M/s Chug Communication, Sirsa. I asked him for Guaranty of Card. He said there is not any guaranty given by Tata. Then I reached his asking address and repair my card, but the problem was same. Then I go back Tata showroom & saw the card but they said we put another complain for this data card. But no body come our address to till date.
Sir, I am good customer of Tata. But I am so helpless. Please take a necessary action for this matter.
