I have lodged the complaint for not getting connectivity on 26th March 2010 but even after 2 months i have not recieved any services from Tikona care
i called customer care atleast 10 times and each time they have promised to send engineer within 24 hours but no one from Their side has turn out on this issue.
On the contrarary they have given 3 to 4 request id's on which they have not acted upon
which are as follows
