I have lodged the complaint for not getting connectivity on 26th March 2010 but even after 2 months i have not recieved any services from Tikona care
i called customer care atleast 10 times and each time they have promised to send engineer within 24 hours but no one from Their side has turn out on this issue.


On the contrarary they have given 3 to 4 request id's on which they have not acted upon

This is in regards to the extremely poor services provided by TIKONA in lieu of charges. I dont understand why these people are charging such rates for such poor services? I have lodged around 34 complaints in 2 months out of which only 10-12 were escalated. Rest were chewed out by vague answering call centre junkies. They assure you of sending a complaint number to your cell phone ,however I haven't received any of these. But yeah, Payment reminder SMS comes on time.
I'm having consistent & serious issues regarding speed but these folks dont pay any heed. A nearby lounge's wi-fi gives much more good speed than that of TIKONA.

I really want to move to the Consumer Court against these folks. can anyone help me how to do so..?
