Dear Sir/Madam
I have taken reliance broadband connection on may 22nd 2010.
Since day one i am having issues with the internet. Mostly there won't be any signal and rarel 2 points. I have registered 3 complaints with te customer care, but i did not rceive any responce.
On July 8th i have sent amial o customer service regarding the issue, they replied saying as per their network team feedback there is no coverage in my area. Hence i requested to cancel my connection and refund my instrument(data card) money. But they told that data card has been sold on outrated basis and cannot refund my money.
When i questioned them, why have yuou given me the connection when there is no coverage in my area? there is no responce. I have submitted my addres proof while taking the connection.
I kindly request you to help me in this. Please let me know you require any furtherdetails.
