Hi,
I am using the Reliance Broadband Netconnect by past 1 year. I have been told that I will get good download speed, but after 2-3 months of using it started to give teriffic problems such as speed is now .3-2 KBPS, connection gets break after 5 -10 minutes (sometime within a minute).

I have complained many time to Customer Care but did not get any help from them, even they dont reply back. I am very frustrated with this device and the services provided by RELIANCE CORPORATION.
I dont know who will help me so I am posting here my problem so that I can get some help. Now I dont beleive on RELIANCE they make fool the people and make money...!
