I applied for a Tikona connection few months back but the connection never happened because their engineer said that we dont have services in this area.
I immediately asked to return my cheque and documents, which were later returned to me after following numerous times. During the time of connection executives approached immediately but when it came to return my documents and cheque they took around a month for it and that too after my continuous follow up.
And now I am getting a bill of Rs 851.for the services which I never availed. I talked to customer care on receiving the mail and I got a reply that we will solve the issue and the bill might have send to you by mistake as you were not given the connection.
After this no one contacted me. I wrote to their nodal office regarding this and i got a reply that their service team will contact me shortly but its 15 days and no one has contacted me inspite of regular followups. The matter is pending since month but no one has bothered to take the issue seriously and has contacted me.
