Hi,
I have requested a new broadband connection from Tikona Digital Networks,bangalore.But they have taken away 500/-(installaion fee) and later their technical team came and told that its not feasible to provide connection in the building.

Now i have given atleast 15 times complaint to them to refund the amount.They are always saying they will refund it as soon as possible.(since 3months)
Noone is responding from their side even i went personally to their bangalore,office.


Even i have mailed to their nodal officers and customer care so many times..
