my user id of reliance broadband connection is 222131234411.
from last 8 days i facing a problem of network of broadband service.
frequently i complain about above matter to concern department
below i mention all the complain number which i registered and date on which this complain is maid.
i m a having a franchise of stock broking and regularly dealing with the live market.
due to ur companie's irresponsible behaviour i cant able to give services to my clients and due to that i really having loss in my business.
continuously i m talking to ur concern authorities about above problem but till the date they didn't done anything proper which restore my services.
the complain numbers and dates are as below

Complaint from T.N.Subramaniyan,
I got a new broad band net connection 9388547791 at Trivandrum on my return to India from USA, during Aug 2010, The same was surrendered by me on 06.01.2011, with your Manacaud branch, Trivandrum ( Opposite to Manacaud Police Station), since I have to go to USA once again.

Before effecting final payment, I inquired about, any chance of refund of deposit money on the ground that it was used only four and half months. Then the executive, after working with the computer, suggested to pay Rs.811. instead of the bill amount Rs.1261/ . I paid the amount Rs.811 and got the receipt for the same ( Receipt No. 390985 dates 06.01.11). I surrendered the drive of the connection to them as per their suggestion. Added to that they informed me that the deactivation will be done only by their Ernakulam office immediately.

Now I received a bill for the next billing period 07.01.11 to 06.02.11. While referring the matter with your customer care officials, I was informed by them that till date it is active and not deactivated.

I left Trivandrum on 06.01.11 itself after surrendering the net, and left India on 18.01.11 early morning to
USA.

I surrendered the drive to your officials only, but your official is misusing it.
Please look into the matter and fix the irresponsible officials to task. For none of my mistake, claiming amount as due is not fare.

Please verify the matter and favour me with NO DUE CERTIFICATE.
